High Density

The standard sheath material used in this heater is 304 Stainless Steel, which provides excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and scaling resistance. The welded end disc, also made from the same material as the sheath, creates a secure seal to prevent moisture and contaminants from entering the heater. A Grade A Nickel-Chrome resistance wire is precisely wound around a high-purity magnesium oxide core, placed as close as possible to the inside of the sheath. The remaining space inside the sheath is filled with high-purity Magnesium Oxide (MgO) powder.
Low Density
This cost-effective heater is suitable for applications requiring lower operating temperatures and watt densities. It is constructed with a sheath made of 304 Stainless Steel, offering excellent high-temperature strength, good thermal conductivity, and resistance to oxidation. The heater’s design includes helically wound Nickel-Chrome resistance wire, which is evenly stretched and threaded through ceramic insulators. The remaining space inside these insulators is filled with high-purity Magnesium Oxide (MgO).
